How do we design micromobility to add value to urban transportation?
Discussion in German
They are omnipresent. For some, they are simply in the way; for others, they are a lifesaver on the way home or to the next meeting. We are talking about (e-) bikes, (e-) scooters – all the smallest vehicles used for individual passenger transport. These transport services are summarized under the collective term micromobility. For short distances, these alternative means of transportation are very popular, but they also hold a lot of potential. Micromobility has long been perceived as more than just an added value, but how important is it on the way to a climate-neutral future? How does the city of Zurich deal with micromobility today, and more importantly – how should it do so in the future? The panel tackles these questions and discusses them with the audience.
